Refund and Dispute Policy
StarryFrame sells prepaid credit packages for AI image upscaling.
Refunds
If a payment is charged successfully but credits are not delivered correctly because of a platform or billing error, contact support and we will review the transaction. Approved remedies may include credit correction or a refund.
Non-refundable Situations
- Completed purchases that were delivered correctly and used as intended.
- User mistakes such as choosing the wrong package after successful delivery of credits.
- Disappointment with output quality where the platform operated normally and processed the request as submitted.
Disputes
If you believe a charge is unauthorized or incorrect, contact support@starryframe.com before filing a charge dispute so we can review and resolve it quickly.
Response Process
Please include the account email, purchase date, and issue summary in your message. We review billing issues as quickly as possible.
